Kacamatamoo Kickstarts Digital Customer Experience Transformation with Sunny CRM

Kacamatamoo, one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing eyewear brands, officially kicked off its digital transformation journey together with Sunny CRM and implementation partner iSystem Asia.

In the kick-off meeting held in December 2025, the team from Kacamatamoo shared their commitment to building a more seamless and personalized customer experience powered by a robust CRM system and strong loyalty management. Through this project, Sunny CRM will support Kacamatamoo in centralizing customer data across online & offline touchpoints, tracking service tickets and aftersales more efficiently, strengthening loyalty and repeat-purchase journeys, enabling more accurate insights for decision-making.

iSystem Asia, one of the top-tier system integrators in Indonesia, has been appointed as the implementor of this project. iSystem Asia will lead the project delivery, configuration, onboarding, and will ensure Kacamatamoo’s team can adopt the solution smoothly and effectively.
