Our CRM workshops covered everything from A-Z, including CRM Data Management. We were grateful for the chance of providing a CRM Data Management for PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA), a part of PT ASTRA International.
Due to the global pandemic in 2021, the workshop was done online yet very effective and was attended by nearly 100 participants coming from SERA. Led by Aina Neva Fiati (Managing Director iSystem Asia) and Tarmat Setiawan (Business Service Manager iSystem Asia), the workshop was about how CRM Data Management helps companies, business owners, and related things optimize data use within the context of policy and regulation to make decisions and take measures that maximize the organization’s benefit.
