iSystem Asia collaborated with Telkomsel for Business Process Assessment, Design, and Modeling Network

Jakarta – iSystem Asia and Telkomsel conducted a Project Kick-Off on November 30, 2020. The purpose of this project is to provide consultation on Business Process Improvement to develop the alignment and performance of all business processes in the Telkomsel Network Directorate in accordance with the company's strategy and customer expectations.

In order to achieve its mission to become a world-class mobile digital lifestyle solution and service provider, Telkomsel entrusts iSystem Asia in conducting consultations related to Process Assessment, Design, and Network Modeling.

Aina Neva Fiati, Managing Director of iSystem Asia, fully supports this project, “Business Process Improvement is needed to quickly adapt the company to customer expectations.
