Jakarta, Indonesia – Dr. Paul Leow, DBA, P.CRM has delivered for CRM Fundamentals Public Training that was held at Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel, Jakarta, in April 5-6, 2017. The CRM expert readily took the role as the course leader throughout the two days of training.

With his background experience that is not only centered in CRM, Dr. Paul Leow shared his experiences and knowledge by presenting several real cases. Using these cases as an aid to let the participants understand easier, he focused on the concept and philosophy behind the true CRM. The goal of CRM is to deeply understand each customer’s attitudes, needs, and behavior to provide them optimal service and retain the relationship. As business success is all about customers and their needs, if a company want to to achieve and maintain leadership and profitability, it must have a sustained focus on CRM.
